By participating in our social media communities, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to follow these guidelines. To maintain an environment that encourages respectful, constructive, and meaningful dialogue, the National Principals Association reserves the right to remove posts that violate these guidelines and to suspend or terminate participation privileges at its discretion and without prior notice.

SOCIAL MEDIA GUIDELINES
Any social media channels associated with the National Principals Association, including content, posts, comments, and shared materials on third-party social media platforms, should not contain or link to content that:
- Is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, offensive, demeaning, derogatory, abusive, personally attacking, or unrelated to the discussion.
- Is intended solely for commercial or promotional purposes.
- Endorses any political candidate, elected official, or partisan political position.
- Contains spam, chain letters, or similar unsolicited communications.
- Violates the privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or other legal rights of any third party, or any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
- Disparages or discriminates against individuals or groups based on gender, race, class, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
Please remember that information shared on social media is publicly visible and may be subject to defamation, antitrust, and other applicable laws. The National Principals Association is not responsible for, and disclaims liability for, any injury, loss, or damage arising from statements made by individuals on social media channels that are attributed to the Association.
THE LEGAL STUFF
By posting content to our social media channels, or by mentioning the National Principals Association and/or its activities through social media tags or hashtags, you grant the National Principals Association and members of this community a nonexclusive, worldwide, transferable license to display, copy, publish, distribute, transmit, print, and otherwise use such content in any format or medium, including print and electronic formats.
The National Principals Association is not responsible for the content of third-party social media websites and makes no representations regarding the accuracy or reliability of materials posted on those sites. Before posting on any social media platform, please review and comply with that platform’s terms of use and privacy policy.
The views and opinions expressed by creators, moderators, contributors, posters, and commenters on National Principals Association social media channels are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of the Association.
